How much does it cost?
Each character has a different price, depending on whether it is a mascot or a professional singer. The current COVID-19 situation means some of our character's are not available however you can call our office to discuss your requirements and we can give you the price and availabilty right away.
How long does it last?
It lasts as long as it takes to suprise your colleague/loved one and spread smiles all around! We would say around about 15 minutes from when we arrive until the suprise has worn off but each visit is different depending on how many people you have at your office/venue/party that would like to have a photo with the character.
What is the minimum notice time?
Again, each character is different and they are all subject to availablity. We prefer 24 hours notice but we do except emergency call outs. If you are calling us with less than 12 hours notice then there will be less characters to chose from and any bookings with less than 4 hours notice will be reviewed but not guaranteed.
How can I pay?
Via Paypal or Cash. If you will be there at the surprise moment, we do accept cash when we arrive. We are happy to print you out a tax invoice for your records. We will send you our terms and conditions upon booking for you to agree and sign. Late cancellations are still chargable and we will send one of the character's to collect the money anyway!
